V klinicheskoj praktike dlya diagnostiki izbytochnoj massy tela i ozhireniya tradicionno ispol'zuyut antropometricheskij metod. Ozhirenie — eto izbytochnoe razvitie prezhde vsego visceral'noj i podkozhnoj zhirovoj tkani, kotoroe mozhet byt' diagnostirovano metodom bioimpedansometrii (BIA). Cel'yu issledovaniya bylo ocenit' rol' bioimpedansnogo analiza sostava tela v diagnostike narushenij fizicheskogo razvitiya detej i podrostkov. Provedeno antropometricheskoe i bioimpedansometricheskoe obsledovanie 431 samarskogo shkol'nika I i II grupp zdorov'ya v vozraste 12–16 let (230 mal'chikov i 201 devochka). Analiz rezul'tatov provodili po regional'nym shkalam regressii, pokazatelyu BAZ i dole zhirovoj massy. Rezul'taty ocenki po shkalam regressii vyyavili 22,61% mal'chikov i 23,43% devochek s izbytochnoj massoj tela, pri etom bolee 2/3 vyborki imeli normal'noe fizicheskoe razvitie. Pokazatel' BAZ vyyavil znachimo bol'shee chislo detej s izbytochnoj massoj tela sredi mal'chikov (25,7%), chem sredi devochek (11,5%, p < 0,01). Otkloneniya doli zhirovoj massy po dannym BIA opredeleny ne tol'ko sredi detej s disgarmonichnym fizicheskim razvitiem, no i sredi 60% detej s normal'noj massoj tela. Pri etom vyyavlennye po shkalam regressii otkloneniya massy tela dannye BIA podtverzhdali v bol'shem chisle sluchaev, nezheli diagnozy izbytochnoj ili nedostatochnoj massy tela, poluchennye po indeksu BAZ. Iskhodya iz etogo, pervonachal'no, dlya svoevremennoj diagnostiki narushenij nutritivnogo statusa u detej, mozhet byt' ispol'zovan antropometricheskij analiz s primeneniem regional'nyh shkal regressii. Dlya podtverzhdeniya izbytochnoj massy tela i ozhireniya u detej, a takzhe dlya dal'nejshej terapii neobhodim dostovernyj metod ocenki zhirovoj sostavlyayushchej organizma, v kachestve kotorogo mozhet vystupat' metod BIA.
