Perestroyka in Russia has made significant adjustments to the technology of timber harvesting. Despite a number of significant advantages of tree length technology of timber compared to CTL, at logging enterprises CTL timber is widely used. The reasons of moving for the assortment technology of logging are considered. Diagram of logging site using harvester is given. The description of technology of felling, limbing and bucking of obtained timber on assortments is presented. Shortcomings of the harvester on this technology are marked. A new way to design cutting areas (technology) is suggested. The description of the two-step sequence of harvester operations is given. The proposed method of site logging will avoid hanging tree felling, reduce damage to growing trees, which is especially important during the selective cutting, significantly reduce the load on the harvester head, on the arm elements (handle, arrow) and on the chassis of the harvester, reduce the total distance for dragging a tree trunk and a weight of dragging part during processing. Criteria indicators are shown, the value of which can be seen on the process and can give its qualitative assessment. Performance of the harvester is determined, which is one of the most important technological parameters of the machine. The principle of machines forming in the system is equal or multiples of their performance. Components of the cycle time to process a single tree on the proposed technology of harvester work are listed. Necessary conclusions were draw based on the analysis of cycle time duration for a tree processing, taking into account composition and sequence of elements of operations of harvester for known and proposed schemes.
Overview of the certification process for log-ging and wood processing enterprises is pro-vided, and dynamics of forest management certification processes and supply chains are shown. The main reasons that affect the certifi-cation process of logging and wood-processing processes are: the preservation and expansion of markets for forest products, price increase of certified products, pursuit of sustainable forest management. On the example of the holding company «Solombalsky LDK» we show the changes in priorities of the development of for-est certification.
Formula of harvester performance with divided of processing time of one tree into components is represented. Analyzed duration of components the time cycle of wood processing, it is concluded that the manipulation duration of hydraulic manipulator is changing at work on different technologies of harvester and thus constituting the processing time of one tree. According to the first technology from one operating position felling is provided by a larger number of trees and by this technology performance is higher than the second. When selecting technology work of the harvester necessary to consider the particular working conditions (density of plantings, soil conditions).
There are various ways of supply water to peripheral portion of the saw, but they have some significant disadvantages which complicate their use. Proposed to use for cooling of circular saws aerostatic directing. Due to a dramatic expansion of air around saw can be achieve a reduction of temperatures gradient. In metallurgy extensively used various jet systems for cooling and heating the metal. Existing research in metallurgy can not be applied to the aerostatic directing because of significant differences in their design and parameters. The paper proposes a method of performing research cooling ability aerostatic supports.
Overview of the certification process for monitoring of forest enterprises is given, which is an effective mechanism of modern enterprise management. Information on the certification process for holding enterprises, LLC "MC" Solombalales" is provided. The schemes of wood raw material supplying in holdings of "Solombalsky woodworking plant" and LLC "MC" Solombalales" are shown. Possible interested parties involved in the certification process are presented. Forest management certification process improvement is considered, which is associated with preservation of high conservation of valuable forests.
