Magnetic properties of the nanostructure obtained by the introduction of magnetite particles into the channels of porous silicon from a colloidal solution of Fe3O4 in kerosene are studied. The temperature dependences of the parameters of these samples are investigated, and their features are established. It is assumed that the magnetic material consists of two fractions, one of which exhibits superparamagnetic behavior, and the second is in a blocked state up to room temperature.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
