Purpose: At present, high and sometimes record indicators have been achieved for the individual branches of agricultural production. Further intensive development of agriculture is due to the search for new ways to increase labor productivity and lower production costs which is the main aim of this research. Design/Methodology/Approach: The methodological basis served as a systematic approach, which ensured comprehensiveness and purposefulness. Analytical, abstract-logical, economic-statistical, monographic and experimental research methods were also used in this work to examine problems and prospects of sectoral digitalization. Findings: The agro-industrial complex demonstrates the growth of production indicators and is on the rise. The target indicators, laid down in the Food Security Doctrine, have already been achieved by many indices. To a large extent, it is due to a significant increase in the agro-industrial complex. Practical implications: A proposed platform that would ensure a breakthrough in further technical modernization of production, can be created only if the technologies are improved based on their digitalization and orientation towards a specific consumer. Originality/Value: The pinpoint introduction of digital technologies in agricultural production confirms the high efficiency of the full innovative technical modernization. The proposed digital transformation of management in the agro-industrial complex of Russia is the value of this research with its originality compared to other ideas.
The article is devoted to the research of the mechanisms of acceleration and impeding of the economy in the period of unstable states of the society, intensification of the threats of the global economic recession for detection of the preconditions of development of the super-speed processes in the economic systems, appearing in the periods of non-stability. The new interpretation of the essence and content of the super-speed processes in the economy, the role of the positive and negative inverse connections, as well as the hypothesis about possibility of formation of the model of the accelerated growth of the economy on the basis of the usage of the potential of the mechanisms of the super-speed processes were stated in the article. The mechanisms of impeding were considered and the factors causing the effect of acceleration were detected, the attempt was made to explain the nature of the mechanisms of development of the super-speed processes in the economy, as well as to detect the means and instruments of supporting the stability of the economic system in the period of crisis.
The main purpose of the paper is to analyze the problems of effectiveness improvement, sustainability and development of Russian state-owned enterprises. Factors that affect economic sustainability of complex social and economic systems are revealed. The authors classify the factors of economic sustainability of state-owned industrial enterprises. The inconsistency of the institution of state-owned corporations is analyzed, its role and specific character are revealed, resources and possible drawbacks of state-owned corporations are shown in the contexts of modernization processes in the Russian Federation. The essence of the concept of sustainability is considered from the perspective of systems theory and system analysis. The necessity to increase the economic sustainability of state-owned enterprises under the conditions of imperfect government control and uncertainty of the external environment is justified. The authors emphasize urgency and reasonability of forming conditions to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of the functioning of state-owned corporations which were established to ensure the strategic interests of the state in the economic sphere.
The article examines approaches to solving the problem of overcoming the depressiveness of Russian rural areas, increasing social differentiation and territorial disintegration, which becomes the most important factor hampering the country's socioeconomic development. The main factors inhibiting the development of rural areas and contributing to the deepening of the systemic crisis of the Russian village are examined. The urgency of forming an effective mechanism for overcoming economic and social inertia in rural areas, responding to modern challenges and risks, is substantiated.
