On the basis of archival materials of the State Archive of the Russian Federation and the United State Archive of the Chelyabinsk Region the process of the activitiy of the commissioner of SDRPTS of the USSR in the Chelyabinsk region in the late Stalinism in 1948-1953 is examined. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the main areas of the activity of the commissioner: work with the faithful petitions on opening of churches and prayer houses, reception of visitors. Specific examples of work in the reviewed period are given; the analysis of the relationship of the clergy with the commissioner and bishops (Archbishop Alexy and Bishop Toviey); specific problems in the commissioner activity are presented related to the activities of the Orthodox community in the Chelyabinsk region in the reviewed period. The analysis of the relationship of the commissioner with local party and government bodies, as well as directly with the Council for the ROC is given.
Analytical description of the interaction between the tracks with soil is quite difficult, although to date the physical and mechanical properties of soils are fairly well understood. However, the application of the laws of soil mechanics to describe the interaction of track with soil is not acceptable because of loading dynamism of soil with elements of track bearing surfaces. Therefore, to describe the process of interaction of track with soil the experimental data are used, which revealed some general patterns.
Analysis of the widespread use of modified wood in friction units of various machines has been. It has been shown that the modified wood is significantly changing its mechanical proper-ties, depending on the operating temperature and humidity. Low thermal conductivity and heat resistance of the modified wood requires a mandatory settlement information about temperature in friction sliding bearings. It was revealed that the underestimation of the temperature and hu-midity stresses can lead to intensive wear, and in some cases, to the destruction of the slide bearings.
The paper discusses the dependence of hardness, temporary and permanent deformations of the elastic compressed wood, the criterion of the relative convergence of the friction surfaces of the temperature, allowing adjusting the estimates of reliability and availability of bear-ings compressed wood at low temperatures. Results of submissions accurately indicate that at low temperatures hardness and elastic deformation of compressed wood increases, and temporary and permanent deformations and criterion of relative approach of the pair of friction surfaces of metal timber decrease.
The shoots design of supporting device allowing to raise completeness of vegetation cutting and to increase the bush cutter efficiency is developed. We propose the idea to give the working body reciprocating movement. This movement will be carried out by hydraulic cylinders mounted on frame of bush cutter. The bush cutter is equipped with two milling cutters on the sides of which are located two hydraulic cylinders. When removing young growth bush cutters are the most widely adopted having a working body in the form of a cylindrical cutter.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
