The article analyzes the use of the project method in professional training of future lecturers in professional education (occupational safety and health) through the course on pedagogy of higher education. It presents different approaches to clarifying the essence of the project method, which most scholars define as follows: a method, a type of learning, an educational technology. Based on different views of scholars on the concept of the project method, we consider it as a set of learning and cognitive techniques, which allow students to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities during independent learning focused on creative self-realization of the individual in the education process and aimed at increasing their professional training in higher education institutions. The article specifies the essence, content and structure of the project method. It is proved the use of the project method in professional training of Master students in comparison with traditional methods has a number of advantages: the learning process is adjusted to practice; students have the opportunity to engage in independent professional activity; students are faced with the need to find and make optimal decisions; students have the opportunity to creatively acquire the necessary information. The article it is the systemic use of the project method in professional training of students, namely in the context of the course on pedagogy of higher education, contributes to developing professional skills and thinking, creative and research skills, problem-solving skills, to develop their core competences (cognitive, communicative, research ones, project), innovation skills and widening social mindset of future lecturers in professional education (015 occupational safety and health).
Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of formation and diagnostics of the levels of innovation and entrepreneurship competence of the futuremanagers of education in the conditions of the knowledge economy. The purpose of the research is theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the system of formation and diagnostics of innovation and entrepreneurship competence of the future managers of education in a higher education institution in the conditions of the knowledge economy. The authors define the innovation and entrepreneurship competence of education managers as mastering a certain level of developed knowledge, skills, values, attitudes, experience and qualities. The research is a system that includes an assessment technology outlining the assessment matrix containing a description of the levels, criteria and indicators of innovation and entrepreneurship competence of the future education managers. Necessary condition for solving the problem of preparing the education managers for their future professional activity presupposes the formation of motivational-value, cognitive, activity, personality and evaluative-reflective components being the components of their innovation and entrepreneurship competence. The results of practical application of innovation and entrepreneurial competence showed that a large proportion of students try their hand at starting and registering their own business. Raising the level of registered enterprises by students in 2008—2018 by more than 30 times is evidence not only of the introduction of digital technologies in education, but also of the growing availability of information technology and the Internet. The share of students who plan to start their own business after graduation reaches 50%, but a little more than 10% achieve the planned goals. Only 2.5% of students plan to join the family business, this share may increase to 4.5% in the future. The application of the system has provided a positive dynamic of the formation of innovation and entrepreneurship competence in the prospective education managers in all its structural components. The results of the implementation of this system have confirmed its effectiveness and expediency for application in the educational process of higher education institutions. MANAGeMeNt culture: the role of uNIVerSIty StArtuPSPurpose. To study the peculiarities of the implementation of a new management culture in higher education in Ukraine. Methodology. The authors used the methods of analysis and synthesis. Both methods provided the results of reviewing the research literature on the selected issue. Comparison and analogy methods allowed the authors to compare the results of investi gating different states and regions, as well as to argue the conclusions.findings. The authors found that the formation of a new management culture in higher education was initiated in the United States at the beginning of the 21st century. Two key recommendations from Congress on education policy have opened up a new source of income for universities. Universities were involved in the economic development strategy of the state. They turned from educational institutions into generators of a new management culture, which transformed the intellectual potential of young peo ple into economic growth of the state and resulted in an increase in the wellbeing of society. The work discusses the peculiarities of the implementation of a new management culture in higher education in Ukraine. Three problems were identified and investi gated that make it impossible to fully implement a new management culture in Ukrainian universities at this stage of state develop ment.originality. The authors revealed new trends in the formation of management culture in higher education in the United States, and also explored the features of their influence on the reform in higher education in Ukraine.Practical value. The results of the study should be considered as recommendations for the implementation of the new manage ment culture in higher education in Ukraine. The new management culture pioneered by the U.S. Congress fosters the "innovative spirit" of youth. It transforms the intellectual potential of young people into state capital. The introduction of a new culture of management in higher education in Ukraine will ensure the economic growth of the state and, accordingly, increase the wellbeing of the Ukrainian society.
У даному науковому дослідженні обговорюються питання особливостей стилістики вокальних творів Кос-Анатольського. Видатний український та радянський композитор Кос-Анатольський залишив величезну пісенну спадщину, основу якої склали пісенні твори, що нині входять до золотої скарбниці класичного українського хорового вокалу та мають у своєму підґрунті пісенне багатство Прикарпаття, відображення в народній пісні життя та побуту українських горян. Вокальні твори композитора відрізняються неповторною стилістикою, що щедро увібрала до себе різноманітні інтонації, фольклорні форми, поширені в західних областях України. Актуальність тематики даного наукового дослідження зумовлюється нагальною потребою вивчення культури українського народу, що яскраво відбивається у творчому шляху видатних діячів вокального жанру. Методологія даного дослідження має у своїй основі системний підхід до широкого кола питань, тісно пов'язаних із пісенною творчістю А. Кос-Анатольського в поєднанні із глибоким аналізом стилістики його вокальних творів заради визначення їхніх характерних особистостей. Основними результатами даного наукового дослідження доречно вважати визначення основних особливостей стильового наповнення вокальних творів А. Кос-Анатольського та підкреслення його величезного вкладу у вокальну та музичну скарбницю культури української пісні. Перспективи подальших наукових досліджень у визначеному напрямку полягають у можливості визначити головні особливості стилістичного побудування вокальних творів композитора А. Кос-Анатольського з метою зрозуміння принципів побудови стилістичної композиції вокального твору, характерної для радянської музичної школи тих часів. Прикладна цінність даного наукового дослідження полягає в більш докорінному вивченні різноманітних аспектів творчого шляху радянського композитора з метою формування висновків щодо основоположних чинників його творчого шляху та можливості застосування на практиці результатів та висновків цього наукового дослідження з метою більш досконалого вивчення культурної спадщини видатних діячів української культури та мистецтва.
