We studied the structure of motivation of achievement and avoiding in girls - highly qualified volleyball during preparation for the main competitions of calendar year. The purpose of the study was to study the peculiarities of the indicated motivation in girls - sportsmen with broken functions of the musculoskeletal system in the competition period of preparation for the League of Nations-2021 with volleyball sitting. Material and methods of research. The achievement of the goal envisaged solving the set tasks using a set of methods, including general scientific, psycho-diagnostic and methods of mathematical statistics. The investigated were 7 girls 18-20 years old, who were members of the women’s team of Ukraine with volleyball sitting and noted violated the functions of the musculoskeletal system. Results. The study found that girls with the mentioned limited functions are marked by peculiarities of the structure of motivation of achievement and avoidance. For example, 28.6 % of all investigated have the balance of these motives (the score at the level of 51.4-54.1 %), 42.8 % - the dominance of the motive of the aspiration to success (the score at the level of 57.1-78.2 %), 28.6 %, on the contrary - the domination of the motive of the aspiration to avoid failure (the score at the level of 36.2-40.2 %). Conclusions. The received data show the need to improve the content of psychological training of girls-volleyball with limited functions of the musculoskeletal system, taking into account information of available literature sources and received empirical data.
The long cycle is a high-speed, multiple, repetitive movement that is performed for 10 minutes. An analysis of the scientific and methodological literature has shown that kettlebell lifters, who specialize in the long cycle, use the interval training method to develop special endurance. In contrast to this technique, we propose the alternation of interval and steady methods, the introduction of competitive action in modes – once in a microcycle lasting more than 5 minutes and once during the stage lasting more than 10 minutes into the special preparatory stage and in the competitive period. The aim of the study is to investigate the current problems of developing special endurance of kettlebell lifters who specialize in the long cycle. The objectives of the study are to study modern theoretical and methodological principles of kettlebell lifters’ special endurance development; to substantiate a set of special preparatory exercises and practical recommendations for the development of special endurance of kettlebell lifters who specialize in the long cycle. Methods:theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, data from the Internet; pedagogical observation; documentary method; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. To achieve the aim of the study, we analyzed the protocols of the Kettlebell lifting World Championships in 2021. It was found that members of the national team of Ukraine (champions of Ukraine) show an average of 29.3% lower results than athletes from leading countries (world champions). The MSUIL standard was shown by 4 athletes in the weight categories up to 63, 73, 78 and 85 kg, the MSU standard was shown by the athlete in the weight category up to 95 kg, two athletes showed the result of the first sports grade. It is established that the main reason for insufficiently high results of Ukrainian kettlebell lifters is the low level of special endurance development. A set of special preparatory exercises and practical recommendations for the special endurance development of kettlebell lifters who specialize in the long cycle are substantiated. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of the protocols of the Kettlebell lifting World Championships, the insufficient level of training of Ukrainian athletes compared to athletes from leading countries has been determined. The results of pedagogical observation suggest that the application of the proposed practical recommendations and set of exercises, duration of approaches and rest intervals between them, will promote the development of special endurance of kettlebell lifters who specialize in the long cycle. It will have a positive effect on improving competitive results of members of the national team of Ukraine in kettlebell lifting.
The article examines the problems of developing the special endurance of athletes who specialize in kettlebell snatch. The kettlebell snatch with one change of hands is a high-speed, powerful, repetitive movement that is performed for 10 minutes. The analysis of scientific and methodical literature showed that athletes who specialize in kettlebell snatch use the interval training method to develop special endurance. In contrast to this technique, we suggest alternating interval and continuous methods, implementation at the special preparatory stage and in the competitive period of competitive actions in modes - once in a microcycle lasting more than 5 minutes and once during a stage lasting more than 10 minutes. The aim of the study is to investigate the current problems of the development of special endurance of athletes who specialize in kettlebell snatch. The tasks: to study the modern theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of special endurance of athletes who specialize in kettlebell snatch; to justify a complex of special preparatory exercises and practical recommendations for the development of special endurance of athletes who specialize in kettlebell snatch. Methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, data of Internet; pedagogical observation; documentary method; methods of mathematical statistics. The protocols of the 2021 World Championship have been analyzed. It was found that the members of the national team of Ukraine among male athletes show an average result that is 11.9% lower than the world champions. The average result of Ukrainian female athletes is 102 reps, and that of world champions is 175.2 reps, the difference is 73.2 reps (41.7%). It was established that the main reason for insufficiently high results of Ukrainian athletes is the low level of special endurance development. In this regard, a complex of special preparatory exercises and practical recommendations for the of athletes’ special endurance development have been developed and substantiated. Based on the analysis of the protocols of the World Championship, it was determined that the level of preparation of domestic athletes was insufficient, compared to athletes of the leading countries of the world. The results of the study allow us to state that the application of the proposed practical recommendations and a set of exercises, the duration of approaches and the rest intervals between them, will contribute to the development of athletes’ special endurance, which, in general, will have a positive effect on improving the competitive results of members of the national team of Ukraine in kettlebell lifting.
