The mathematical software computer aided design (CAD) of objects of production and transport infrastructure in timber industry (TI) is given, feature of which is the following. Tasks of establishing the optimal placement options of spur road on felling and loading points along it are solved together. At the next stage, the structural design of collapsible coatings of spur roads and topping hair-pin bend is made, if such coating is provided. Depending on the characteristics of accepted structures of the brain and deep sections of spur roads its length in the cutting area.
The article shows the task solution of mass accounting, volume of pneumatically transported chips per time unit by measuring the pressure drop for the pneumatic transport conveying flow after the feeder. This system has been tested at Bratsk FIC and its implementation was based on the calibration of the measurement system, which takes into account the mathematical relationship of chipping flow per unit of time and reducing the pressure of pneumatic transport.
System analysis of the milling process of furniture parts allowed to allocate target control functions on cleanliness of processing and performance, taking into account the perturbing effects – moisture of wood material. According to the plan of active experiments based on the technical characteristics of existing CNC machine the minimum, maximum, and average values of feed rates and cutting rate of tools are determined. The experiment with 12 pieces of MDF samples allowed determining the mathematical model of the dependence of the objective functions of roughness Ra on the feed rate V, cutting rate of tool w and humidity of the processed material f.
The system of decision support to optimize the mode parameters of accelerated growth of planted forests in the form of the structure of information flows between the object and the control system is considered. Solution of control problems is possible only if there is a certain amount of knowledge or information about the quality and quantity of internal connections be-tween the elements of the controlled object and external communication components and the entire object with the environment. A mathematical model of the dynamics of even-aged coniferous plantations is presented and the objective function of process control for fasted growing of conifer plantations is highlighted.
The article is devoted to developing a method of cross-cutting of whips to assortments, using the data set as a percentage of assortment plan or through the diameters of logs, as well as ac-counting technology for volumes of produced roundwood. The use of information technology in the CTL job of bucking whips, allows to take into account the specifics of the produc-tion of enterprise, consumer applications, mi-nimizing wastes of timber production, with an increase in the volume of business output assortments.
