This article argues that to assess the consolidation of the society and its elite, it is necessary to elaborate mechanisms of national security and the methodological instruments of dialectics. It will allow as the aim of the research attempt to be the determination of the measure and limits of consolidation and reconsolidation, and to find out their essential difference from the integration and reintegration of society. It is shown that the methodology of consolidation analysis of Russian society has its qualitative and quantitative measurements. Qualitative and quantitative assessment of consolidation allows to determine the essence of the category, its modern incarnation, trends of strengthening or weakening, as well as to present mechanisms of national security provision due to a modern stage of development. Consolidation is viewed as a specific case of integration of society and state preferences, society and personal interests, interests of different elites and the state as a whole. The efficiency of the implementation of social development principles depends mostly on the integration of society The principles would adopt differently aimed interests and consolidate platforms of the society.
The study presents the problems of risk management of a commercial Bank as the most important element in the overall banking management system. The relevance of the study is due to the current economic and political situation in the country, as well as the instability of market conditions, which significantly complicated the risk management system in commercial banks, which contributed to the deterioration of their financial condition. The processes taking place in the global financial market in recent years have a significant impact on the banking system, significantly increasing Bank risks and reducing the financial stability of credit institutions. Differences are highlighted that reflect the priority aspects in assessing the risk management of a commercial Bank from the authors ‘ point of view. Risk management strategies in credit institutions are considered. A comparative analysis of the methodologies used to assess the risks and capital adequacy of commercial banks in Russia and abroad has been carried out, and features of their use have been identified.
This article discusses the innovative-investment process, its actors and peculiarities of functioning in Russia and in the Krasnodar region. Revealed the region’s potential in improving the investment climate to attract investment from both domestic and external investors. The main objective of strengthening the economic security of the region is stable funding of innovation as a factor in ensuring sustainability of the priority branches of the economy. In the article the analysis of statistical data on gross regional product by main economic activities, which form an objective assessment of the results of the activity of entities innovation and investment process. On the basis of data on volumes and number of investment in sectors of the economy of the region to assess their effectiveness. As a result of the analysis of indicators defining threats to the security of the region investment developed recommendations on particularly important issues, such as increased attention as fixed assets, investment activity, innovative potential and especially the legislative process with regard to innovation and investment in the region. Listed in the article the results of research may be used in the preparation of State programmes and projects containing a system of measures for the development and implementation of innovation and investment potential of Russia on the basis of institutional and organizational transformation.
