The article gives a brief overview of the implementation of European standards in Russia. The analysis of the results of the calculation of the truss on the SCAD and the use of the program implementing the calculation of the German DIN.

It is brought data on a technical condition of modular ferro-concrete bridges, extent to 18–24 m located on a network of meliorative channels of the North Caucasian region. Authors reflected problems of service and repair of bridge constructions of a network of the irrigation canals being on balance of managements of land improvement on an example of administrative units of the Southern federal district.

Authors reflected modern problems of technical condition of bridge constructions in a network of roads of regional appointment. In article the review and the analysis of the existing devices and systems of measurement of width of disclosure of cracks of bridge constructions is made, and also the description of the system of monitoring of a condition of cracks of bridge constructions developed by authors allowing to take in real time measurements and to automate process of data transmission by means of a wireless communication is provided.
