Проведен комплекс исследований по реакционной экструзии динамически вулканизованных нанокомпозитов на основе бентонита и смесей рандом полипропилена с различными марками бутадиен-нитрильного каучука. Установлено влияние температурного режима и давления экструзии, числа оборотов шнека, времени прохождения полимерной массы в материальном цилиндре, а также компатибилизатора, типа и концентрации сшивающего агента на основные физикомеханические свойства динамически вулканизованных нанокомпозитов.Ключевые слова: рандом полипропилен, бутадиен-нтрильный каучук, вулканизация, компатибилизатор, пероксид дикумила, сера, совместимость A set of studies on the reaction extrusion of dynamically vulcanized nanocomposites based on bentonite and mixtures of random polypropylene with various brands of nitrile butadiene rubber was carried out. The infl uence of the temperature and pressure of the extrusion, the speed of the screw, the time of passage of the polymer mass through the material cylinder, as well as the compatibilizer, the type and concentration of the crosslinking agent on the main physicomechanical properties of dynamically vulcanized nanocomposites is established.
