The problem of one-type uncertainty is solved when cardiovascular system parameters in hypertensive patients undergoing physiotherapy aren’t differentiated by stochastics, but these differences are clearly revealed by the methods of neurocomputing and calculation of parameters of quasi-attractors. Simultaneously, the solution of system synthesis problem is possible, i.e. identification of more important diagnostic characters xi from the whole set of state vector of cardiovascular system x(t) in hypertensive patients. Efficiency of physiotherapy is estimated at two stages of course of treatment: in the initial state (initial physiotherapy) and after the termination of course of treatment. The dynamics of motion of quasi-attractors in phase space of states in hypertensive patients is shown. Thus, the problem of elimination of one-type uncertainty in studying the effi-ciency of curative measures is solved.
Pathology of the cardiovascular system significantly affects the operational period, and improvement in cardiovascular system always and definitely can provide the prolongation of life. So the study of differences in life expectancy between aboriginal and migrant female population living in the North of the Russian Federation is based on the state of the cardiovascular system. To study the dynamics of the parameters of the autonomic nervous system in female population of Ugra - Ob of the North of Russia, the authors used the method of cardiorythm registration. It is defined that parasympathetic division (parameter SIM) dominates over the sympathetic division (parameter PAR) of the autonomic nervous system in the youngest age group of women. The authors found diametrically opposite dynamics of PAR in two age groups: migrant population has a high initial value at a young age (12.5.a.u.) in comparison with the natives (10,6 a.u. source). However, in older age, these differences remain (7,84 a.u. and 6,87 a.u. respectively). Description of the dynamics of increase of the sympathetic and downs parasympathetic effect was produced in the framework of the model of Verhulst-Pearl, i.e., systems with saturation. However, the parameters of RR-intervals in the migrant population have a parabolic dependence.
This article presents the methods of analysis of the dynamics of bioelectrical activity of the flexor muscles of the little finger of his right hand as a reaction to the static force in compression dynamometer, manifested in changes of the quasi-attractors parameters. The main research methods were deterministicstochastic methods and methods of the chaos theory and self-organization to describe complex biological systems. The authors present a comparative analysis of calculating the parameters of the obtained results, in particular, in the framework of the chaos theory and self-organization - the calculations of the phase plane and their areas; in the framework of the deterministic-stochastic approach - the calculation of the Shannon entropy. Calculations are aimed at assessing the level of randomness of the recorded signal. Analysis of the recorded signal and the evaluation of the level of randomness in a signal of bioelectrical activity of muscles showed that an increase in the static load quasi-attractors bioelectric muscle activity increases dramatically. The degree of change was estimated by calculating the parameters of quasi-attractors according to the chaos theory and self-organization. The changes of state of the system in the direction of increasing the degree of variability in the bioelectric activity of the extensor muscles of the little finger are demonstrated. The high efficiency of application of the chaos theory and self-organization in the assessment of the neuromuscular human system is showed. The obtained results allow to determining the level of the ability of performing the specified operations under the influence of static loads.
This article presents a comparative analysis of the parameters of HRV students who are indigenous and non-indigenous residents of Yugra. Analysis was carried out carried out by multiple comparisons of three age subgroups and by multivariate analysis with the calculation of inter-cluster distances. The differences in the dynamics of age-related changes of Yugra schoolchildren reveals distinctive trend parameters of heart rate variability between indigenous and non-indigenous representatives of North. In particular, it revealed a higher adaptive capacity in Aboriginal representatives in comparison with the migrant population. The maximum divergence of parameters of the body boys observed in the older age group.
In studies using the method of multi-dimensional phase space. In the study and modeling of complex biological objects (complexity) there is the possibility of introducing traditional physical methods in biological research and new methods based on chaos theory, self-organization. The paper shows the feasibility of applying the method of multi-dimensional phase space as a quantitative measure for the evaluation of chaotic dynamics on the example of the muscles (flexor of the little finger). As a measure of the state of the neuromuscular system of the person (weak muscle tension and strong, almost the maximum force) used quasi-attractors volumes of multidimensional phase space. This enables identification of the actual measurements of the parameters of the functional state with weak muscles (p = 5th Dan) and strong (P = 10 daN) static stress. Was built timebase signal obtained with myograph and were built autocorrelation function A (t) signal. In the end analysis of the biomechanical system based on a comparison of volume quasi-attractor, as well as on the basis of analysis of the Shannon entropy N. kzvaziattraktora volume displacement at low load is slightly less than the same amount of displacement under a heavy load of flexor muscles of the little finger, just as the values of the Shannon entropy at a heavy load is increased as compared with the values obtained by the weak muscle load.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
