Mekhanizm patogeneticheskogo utyazheleniya v sisteme SARS-CoV-2–essencial'noj gipertenzii (EAG) nosit bolee slozhnyj harakter, chem vzaimodejstvie na urovne angiotenzinprevrashchayushchego fermenta 2 (ACE2). Cel'yu issledovaniya bylo proanalizirovat' dinamiku soderzhaniya predstavitelej semejstva IL1 (IL1β, IL1α, IL1ra, IL18, IL18BP, IL37) v krovi bol'nyh EAG cherez 10, 30 i 180 dnej posle COVID-19 dlya opredeleniya citokinoposredovannyh zven'ev progressirovaniya EAG v postinfekcionnom periode. V issledovanii uchastvovali chetyre gruppy pacientov: s EAG i COVID-19 v anamneze (s pnevmoniej/bez pnevmonii), s COVID-19 v anamneze (s pnevmoniej/bez pnevmonii) bez EAG. Soderzhanie citokinov opredelyali immunofermentnym metodom. Poluchennye rezul'taty demonstriruyut prolongirovannyj harakter provospalitel'nogo immunnogo otveta v postinfekcionnom periode u bol'nyh s EAG (sohranenie bolee vysokih urovnej IL1β, IL1α, IL18 na 10-j, 30-j i 180-j dni posle vyzdorovleniya (r < 0,001) pri sopostavlenii s periodom do inficirovaniya SARS-CoV-2). V gruppe bez EAG vyyavleno vosstanovlenie balansa analiziruemyh citokinov k 30-mu dnyu nablyudeniya. Dvukratnoe uvelichenie soderzhaniya IL18 v krovi pacientov s EAG i COVID-19 v anamneze na fone otsutstviya rosta IL18VR cherez 30 dnej nablyudeniya pri sravnenii s doinfekcionnym periodom associiruetsya s razvitiem serdechno-sosudistyh oslozhnenij v period s pervogo po shestoj mesyac nablyudeniya, chto pozvolyaet vydvinut' gipotezu o znachimosti dannyh immunoregulyatornyh peptidov v patogeneze oslozhnenij i aktualiziruet dal'nejshij nauchnyj poisk.
