蓸 蔀 摘 要 报道了采用被动锁模光纤激光器抽运特种光纤产生超连续 (SC)谱, 对在 4.28km 色散平坦光纤 (DFF), 4.28kmDFF+420m高非线性光纤 (HNLF)和 420mHNLF+4.28kmDFF 中产生的超连续谱进行比较 和分析。平均抽运功率为 30mW 时,在 420mHNLF+4.28kmDFF 组合中,实现了长波长一侧的光谱 234nm 范围内不平坦度小于依2dB,短波长一侧的光谱 195nm 范围内不平坦度小于依2dB。结果表明 DFF 与 HNLF 的组合使用要比单独使用 DFF 获得的超连续谱谱宽更宽,平坦性更好; DFF 与 HNLF 的连 接顺序不同,所产生的超连续谱也不同; 420mHNLF+4.28kmDFF 这种组合更容易获得平坦的超连续 谱,短波长一侧的功率显著增高。 关键词超连续;被动锁模; 色散平坦光纤; 高非线性光纤 Abstract Passivelymode-lockedfiberlaserwasusedasthepumpsourcetogeneratesupercontinuum(SC) spectrum.SCspectrumgeneratedin4.28kmdispersion-flattenedfiber(DFF),4.28kmDFF+420m highnon-linearfiber (HNLF)and420mHNLF+4.28kmDFFwerecomparedandanalyzed.Byusing 420mHNLFand4.28kmDFF,theuniformitylessthan 依2dBspectrumwasobtainedinanareacovering 195nmontheshortwavelengthsidewhiletheuniformitylessthan 依2dBwasachievedinanarea covering234nmonthelongwavelengthsidewith30mWaveragepumppower.Itshowedthatthe spectrumwaswiderandflatterbyusingthecombinationofDFFandHNLFasthefibergeneratingSC thanonlyusingDFF.TheSCgeneratedinthecombinationfiberwhichincludedDFFandHNLFwith differentconnectingsequencewasdifferent.Thecombinationof420mHNLFand4.28kmDFFwasmuch easiertogetflatterSCspectrum,andthepowerofshort-wavelengthspectrumwaslargerthanothers.
