We report a case of inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysms with chronic occlusion of the celiac artery. A 47-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because an epigastric hypo echoic mass was detected by abdominal ultrasonography during a screening examination. Enhanced abdominal computed tomography revealed two aneurysms at the inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery and total occlusion of the celiac artery. First, we performed bypass grafting from the left renal artery to the splenic artery using retroperitoneal approach. Second, we performed coil embolization of the inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery using interventional radiology techniques. The aneurysms were occluded, and no splanchnic circulatory disturbance occurred.
