Abstract:INTRODUCTION:
Rectus sheath hematoma (RSH) is a very rare complication after abdominal paracentesis especially in patients who do not take antiplatelet or anticoagulants. We presented a case of rectus sheath hematoma post paracentesis in a patient without obvious risk factors.
