“…WS 2(1− x ) Te 2 x alloys were prepared by H 2 flow‐controlled CVD method with the assistance of NaCl as catalyst to facilitate the reaction. [ 74 ] By altering the H 2 flow into the reactor, the composition of the alloys was modulated.
