35.4: New Approach for Wall Display with Fine Plasma Tube Array Technology

Abstract: A wall-sized emissive full-color display with fine plasma tubes using three electrodes is proposed. Each tube has an internal MgO overcoat and a phosphor layer. The experimental display was fabricated and the results will be presented. This method will realize a display with a flexible screen shape and an expandable screen size.
