3D perfusion bioreactor‐activated porous granules on implant fixation and early bone formation in sheep

Abstract: Early fixation of total joint arthroplasties is crucial for ensuring implant survival. An alternative bone graft material in revision surgery is needed to replace the current gold standard, allograft, seeing that the latter is associated with several disadvantages.
