Abstract:Background
In patients with Crowe III developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), surgery presents challenges such as severe bone defects and inadequate acetabular cup coverage. This study compares the clinical efficacy of 3D-printed personalized spacer prostheses with conventional femoral head reshaping and structural bone grafting in total hip arthroplasty (THA) for patients with Crowe III DDH.
