56.5: High Temperature Operation Stability Optimization for Flexible Automotive AMOLED by Rational Design

Abstract: High temperature operation (HTO) stability is of importance for automotive AMOLED. The CIEy of white image decreased dramatically after long-term operation at 85°C which made the color white became purple. We analyzed the image quality issue and found the root cause. The image quality after HTO was optimized by IRC algorithm compensation, BP and PCB design.
