60. A Few Problems Concerning the Therapy of Head Injuries

Abstract: Among 4,000 cases of acute head injuries for the last 3 years, the most serious type (cerebral lacerations, intracerebral hematomas) were reviewed and those treatment and prognosis were discussed. In 17 cases of acute head injuries (type IV), 8 were died postoperatively, in which all of subdural hematomas were died.
