677 Is right ventricular outflow tract pacing superior to right ventricular apex stimulation? Long-term observation

Abstract: lesions in the right atrium determines a significant higher success rate than circumferential PV ablation with cavo-tricuspid isthmus ablation alone. Our biatrial approach showed to be feasible, safe and effective to modify the right and left AF substrate. These preliminary data need to be confirmed in a randomized trial with larger population and longer follow-up. TUESDAY
