Abstract:We propose a novel pulse width modulation (PWM) micro‐LED pixel circuit utilizing LTPO TFTs. It can compensate for VTH variation, ensuring uniform micro‐LED current pulse width and amplitude. In addition, the circuit exhibits excellent IR‐drop compensation. The fabricated LTPO pixel circuit was found to perform PWM with VTH and IR‐drop compensation.
