Abstract:We demonstrate a highly efficient red cadmium-free quantum dot light-emitting diode (QLED) comprising inverted structure and ZnO:Mg nanoparticles as an electron transport layer. Fabricated QLED reveals maximum external quantum efficiency of 4.46% and more than two-fold increase in efficiency (10.17%) after aging for several days.
