90. Pr�operative Befunderhebung

Abstract: Summary. For a specific preoperative diagnosis it is essential to know the main risk factors involved. The determination of these factors is not enterely clear. It becomes easier, however, if the urgency of surgery is taken into account and the diagnosis is obtained in relation to 3--4 degrees of urgency. The essential findings are discussed. They should be summarized in a preoperative check-list from which the patient's new risk group can be determined. Possibilities for practical use are discussed in detail.… Show more
