Abstract: A study was carried out to study the fish diversity of Bahadurpur beel located at Madaripur sadar upazila under Madaripur district in Bangladesh during July to December 2018. During the study period, a total of 34 species under 24 genera, 16 families and 7 orders were recorded. The dominant order and family were cypriniformes and cyprinidae which comprised of 32.35% and 29.41% of total recorded fish respectively.
