Although the lung is the most common site of metastasis, diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) is a very rare manifestation of pulmonary metastatic angiosarcoma, and most case reports have shown extremely poor prognosis [ [3] , [4] , [5] , [6] , [7] , [8] , [9] , [10] , [11] , [12] , [13] , [14] , [15] , [16] , [17] ].
