Abstract:A fully differential lumped linear driver for Mach–Zehnder modulator has been presented and assessed in 130‐nm SiGe BiCMOS technology. Multitopology peaking techniques, especially T‐coil peaking method, have been employed to flatten the frequency response and increase the bandwidth.
