Abstract: Resumen Se presenta un paciente con traumatismo abdominal contuso con lesión hepática grave (grado V de la AAST). Ante la situación de inestabilidad hemodinámica se realiza cirugía de control de daños dejando packing sobre la superficie hepática y second-look a las 48 horas.
