A biliary tract obstruction complicated by acute appendicitis and portal vein thrombosis-a case report and review of literature

Abstract: Introduction and importance Acute appendicitis is one of the most common surgical diagnoses in clinical practice. In case of uncomplicated course, diagnosis and treatment do not cause significant difficulties.
