A Binary RNA and DNA Self-Amplifying Platform for Next Generation Vaccines and Therapeutics

Abstract: Conventional mRNA-based vaccines were instrumental in lowering the burden of the pandemic on healthcare systems and in reducing mortality. However, such first-generation vaccines have significant weaknesses.
