A bioinformatics analysis: ZFHX4 promotes metastasis in ovarian cancer by modulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition and remodeling extracellular matrix

Abstract: Background Ovarian cancer is a highly malignant gynecological tumor with high mortality worldwide. The poor prognosis mainly results from extensive metastasis at the time of presentation. Although some mechanisms of metastasis in ovarian cancer were proposed, few have been used in the clinical practice.
