A Case of Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage Associated with High-Titer of MPO-ANCA Demonstrating Cytoplasmic Staining Pattern

Abstract: Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) is a life-threatening complication of ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) that requires urgent recognition and treatment.
