A Case of Giant IC-PC Unruptured Aneurysm with Intraoperative Rupture at the Neck

Abstract: Intraoperative aneurysmal rupture at the neck may result in a disastrous postoperative course. We report a case of giant IC-PC unruptured aneurysm successfully treated by an unreported method.
