Abstract:Coronary artery thrombosis in ulcerative colitis is a serious condition and can occur in the young population. The authors report a case of multifocal atherosclerosis complicated by acute myocardial infarction due to atherosclerotic coronary thrombosis in a young woman with ulcerative colitis.
