A case of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children associated with coronavirus disease 2019, presenting as unremitting fever, vomiting, and rash

Abstract: Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children, a hyper inflammation syndrome induced by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, may show a fatal progression. Thus, it is important to recognize its symptoms, and provide appropriate treatment at an early stage.
