Abstract: Introduction: Primary parotid squamous cell carcinoma (PPSCC) is a rare malignant epithelial tumor originating in the parotid gland with complex diagnostic procedures and a poor prognosis. The etiology, tissue origin, and biological behavior of the disease are currently unknown due to its underreporting.
