Abstract:Solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) is a spindle cell tumor driven by the NAB2‐STAT6 fusion gene. While it can originate from any soft tissue, primary SFT of the pancreas is rare with limited reports. A 36‐year‐old man came to our department due to abdominal pain.
