Abstract:Background: - Vesico-uterine fistula is one of the rare types of urogenital fistula that accounts for only 1-4%. Repeat cesarean section is a known cause of vesico uterine fistula. Patients with Youssef's syndrome had a classic triad of absence of incontinence, amenorrhea, and cyclic hematuria.
