Abstract:Fibromuscular dysplasia is a vascular disorder characterized by nonatherosclerotic, noninflammatory arterial abnormalities, primarily affecting renal arteries. While extrarenal involvement is rare, it poses diagnostic challenges due to diverse clinical presentations.
