Abstract:Primary spinal epidural non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (PSENHL) is a tumor of central nervous system origin. It is one of the rarest tumors seen in the fourth to fifth decades of life. The majority of PSENHLs are diffuse large B-cell lymphomas and are most commonly caused because of chronic inflammatory process, chronic infection, or autoimmune disease.
