Abstract:THE PHYLLOID HYPOMELANOSIS is a defined as a distinct
syndrome consisting of achromic phylloid skin lesions in
combination with extracutaneous anomalies such as mental
retardation , agenesis of corpus callosum , conductive hearing
loss ,coloboma and various skeletal defects[1].
