The demand of devices for safe mobility of blind people is increasing with advancement in wireless communication. Artificial intelligent devices with multiple input and output methods are used for reliable data estimation based on maximum probability. A model of a smart home for safe and robust mobility of blind people has been proposed. Fuzzy logic has been used for simulation. Outputs from the internet of things (IoT) devices comprising sensors and bluetooth are taken as input of the fuzzy controller. Rules have been developed based on the conditions and requirements of the blind person to generate decisions as output. These outputs are communicated through IoT devices to assist the blind person or user for safe movement. The proposed system provides the user with easy navigation and obstacle avoidance.

The behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are often erratic and difficult to predict. Most of the time, they are unable to communicate effectively in their own language. Instead, they communicate using hand gestures and pointing phrases. Because of this, it can be difficult for caregivers to grasp their patients’ requirements, although early detection of the condition can make this much simpler. Assistive technology and the Internet of Things (IoT) can alleviate the absence of verbal and nonverbal communication in the community. The IoT-based solutions use machine Learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms to diagnose and enhance the lives of patients. A thorough review of ASD techniques in the setting of IoT devices is presented in this research. Identifying important trends in IoT-based health care research is the primary objective of this review. There is also a technical taxonomy for organizing the current articles on ASD algorithms and methodologies based on different factors such as AI, SS network, ML, and IoT. On the basis of criteria such as accuracy and sensitivity, the statistical and operational analyses of the examined ASD techniques are presented.

The present study comprises the importance and use of IoT, smart home, peer-to-peer, and some other different technologies for the betterment of mankind. Artificial intelligence and machine learning are becoming more and more popular in IoT-based smart homes and other techs. The IoT framework has been used to provide a predictable, concrete, and self-paced learning environment and encourages excellent visual information processing. These techs are also useful for special children with autism. They need smart homes, peer-to-peer networking, robot therapy, and wearable techs. In this paper, the authors presented a unique FLC simulation for the behavior of a child with moderate autism. This simulation shows that how IoT, smart home, peer-to-peer technology, ABA therapy, robot therapy, and wearable techs can bring comforts in the life of a child with autism. All of them have long lasted impacts in producing social skills in an ASD person. The 3D graphical figures presented the graphical analysis of a child’s social behavior. The simulation presented 50% betterment change in the social behavior of children and this can be increased up to 87% by using intensive therapies. It is also verified by Mamdani’s method. A real-time implementation of a boy with autism has shown significant improvements in his social skills.
