Abstract:Decades after the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued regulations surrounding sexual harassment, hospital medical centers still struggle to identify and implement policies and practices to proactively address and mitigate occurrences of sexual harassment and gender inequality.
