A CASE STUDY OF A SERVICE ORGANISATION IN MALAYSIA: EMPLOYEES’ WORK-LIFE BALANCE, WORK COMMITMENT & LEADERSHIP STYLE ON JOB SATISFACTION DURING REMOTE WORKING

Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between work-life balance, work commitment, leadership style, and job satisfaction during remote working among non-managerial workers at the workplace of a service organisation in Malaysia. A total of 169 respondents participated in the survey.
