Abstract:We discuss a class of new nonlinear weakly singular difference inequality, which is solved by change of variable, discrete Hölder inequality, discrete Jensen inequality, the mean-value theorem for integrals and amplification method, and Gamma function. Explicit bound for the unknown function is given clearly. Moreover, an example is presented to show the usefulness of our results.
We discuss a class of Volterra-Fredholm type difference inequalities with weakly singular. The upper bounds of the embedded unknown functions are estimated explicitly by analysis techniques. An application of the obtained inequalities to the estimation of Volterra-Fredholm type difference equations is given.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
