A classification for multiple mission observation concepts

Abstract: Terms such as "sensonvebs," "satellite trains," and "constellations" are used to describe multiple mission observation concepts. This paper categorizes these concepts based upon how they observe. The observation aspects are: (1) the spatial distribution of the observations, (2) the degree of similarity of the observations, and (3) requirement for real-time observation coordination.
