Abstract:Being commonest form of articular disorders Janu Sandhivata (Knee Arthritis) causes a huge hindrance in day to day activities of the sufferer like walking, dressing, bathing etc. It is the disease of old age. It’s mainly effect the weight bearing joint of the body specially knee, hip, lumber spine.
