Abstract:INTRODUCTION:Breast carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor and the leading cause of death in women worldwide1. It accounts for 15 % of all cancer deaths2. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), approximately 70% of breast cancers occur in women with none of the known risk factors. Only about 5% of breast cancers are inherited.
